At Powertec, we stand behind the durability and performance of our strength equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the machinery if necessary and pack all components securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
