The FID Utility Bench includes the front tube adaptor that accepts all Powertec Attachments. This bench can be used as an optional attachment to the Power Rack, Half Rack or Roller Smith for multiple added exercises. It's also a great stand alone bench.
Fully Adjustable:
The entire seat assembly can slide along the frame allowing the user to find the perfect fit. (The bench has 9 horizontal positions, and 9 vertical positions, including decline, flat, and 7 incline positions).
